Your usual pre-pregnancy size. The over-bump panel is what stretches, so sizing up mostly makes the legs baggy. Between sizes or carrying twins, go up one.
That is what the depth of the panel and the V at the back are for — it needs to sit above the widest part of the bump to stay put. If it still rolls on you, that is exactly what the 30-night guarantee is for.
Plenty of people do — the panel simply has less to stretch over. We would not sell them to you as postpartum recovery wear though; they are leggings, not a support garment.
