Membership Cancellation

We're sorry to see you go. You can cancel your membership at any time by following the steps below.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Profile or Account Settings
  3. Select "Manage Membership" or "Cancel Membership"
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation

Alternatively, you can contact us directly and we will process the cancellation for you within 1–2 business days.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • Your account and order history will remain accessible

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us.
