Membership Cancellation
We're sorry to see you go. You can cancel your membership at any time by following the steps below.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Profile or Account Settings
- Select "Manage Membership" or "Cancel Membership"
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation
Alternatively, you can contact us directly and we will process the cancellation for you within 1–2 business days.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your account and order history will remain accessible
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us.
